ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR
Assembly Supervisor – Mackay Trailers
5 days per week – 38 hours – Immediate Start
Location: Dunbier Mackay Trailers Head Office – 136-164 Boundary Road, Braeside VIC 3195
About us
Dunbier Marine is a well-established 50+ years business, well known in the market with the Dunbier and Mackay boat trailer brands. All trailers are manufactured in Melbourne then shipped to our interstate branches, where they’re unloaded and distributed throughout Australia.
We are looking for an Assembly Supervisor to lead and champion our Mackay Trailers assembly team. This role is critical to ensure timely and quality production of our custom trailers and requires a broad skill set. It is for an immediate start and the working hours required are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:10pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for a person with a dynamic skill set, looking for a long-term role in a stable and growing company.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assembling boat trailer frames & parts to boat trailers
- Prioritising consistent quality within your team
- Ensure your team is on track to achieving set goals & targets
Qualifications & Experience
- Display a high level of work ethic
- Self-motivated, with strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Strong communicator
- Motivate and mentor a team
- Be able to work under pressure, and achieve set goals and targets
- Display problem solving skills
